Unlike many rival outfits who have sought transitory profits by turning into a chain store/ warehouse, Windsurfers World have FOCUSED on the personal touch. To us a windsurfing shop is NOT a faceless building or computer monitor screen where you hand over the plastic and drive away with a cardboard box strapped to the roof. But it is a display unit, a multi storey encyclopaedia , a consultancy, an Agony Aunt and a haven for confused souls. Why Come To Us?: Windsurfers World has been around since 1986, and broke free in 1992, and became owned by Rich in 2005. Owned and run by both Rich and Nick who have been windsurfing since before they were teenagers. Rich has been in the shop since time began and Nick when man stood up right.We know about Kleppers, Vintas and Sea Panthers, but we also know about up to date technology. We will be at WSM for an early dawn session then back after work for more. At Windsurfers World we love what we do.

Returns policy:

If you change mind or are unhappy with your purchase, return the unused goods to us with the original receipt and packaging within 14 days and we can offer you a credit note or an exchange. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a replacement, repair or refund where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described.

Under the sale of goods act 1979, a customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund and/or compensation where goods may be faulty or not as described.
